Evaluation Design and Coaching

We believe in the power of outcomes and goals. Our team can help you identify the outcomes of your program and develop tools to measure against them. We employ interactive data collection techniques, culturally-responsive evaluation methods, and provide clear and impactful reports.

We have developed a unique Co-Creation Process that will support your desires to bring more and diverse voices into the decision-making process to ensure relevancy and connection with your organization and your products. 

We will work with you to map a community engagement process for your project and establish benchmarks with quantitative and qualitative measures. This allows for opportunities to reflect, adjust strategies, and understand how your efforts are paying off.
